Before we started working with Emma, our 6.5 month old’s sleep was very inconsistent. She relied on being fed or rocked to sleep and would wake every 40 minutes during the day, and sometimes every 2 hours overnight. Sleep dominated our lives, we were anxious, constantly second guessing ourselves and couldn’t see a way to help her to self settle.
